In these two days we will be focused on active learning of the below learning goals. By end of these two days, you should be able to:

Become a manager-teacher who thinks Lean.
Put the values and tenets of a Lean-Agile Mindset into practice.

Exam Name: The SAFe Agilist.
Exam Format: Multiple Choice.
Exam Delivery: Web-based (single-browser), closed-book, no outside help, timed exam.
Exam Access : Applicants who have completed the Leading SAFe® course can access the exam through the SAFe Community Platform.
Exam Duration: After it starts, candidates have 90 minutes (or 1.5 hours) to finish the exam.

What can you expect from Leading SAFe course?

During this two-day course, attendees will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®), and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. They will also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events, and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
